Masterboy: History and Discography

History

Masterboy is a German Eurodance group that rose to prominence in the early 1990s. Formed in 1989 by Tommy Schleh (DJ Klubbingman) and Enrico Zabler, the group became one of the key acts in the Eurodance movement, known for its high-energy beats, catchy melodies, and vibrant performances.

The duo initially started as producers but quickly decided to create their own music. They were later joined by vocalists Trixi Delgado and, at different points, Linda Rocco and Annabell Kay, who contributed to the distinct sound that defined Masterboy’s biggest hits. The group enjoyed significant success across Europe, Latin America, and parts of Asia.

After a peak in the mid-to-late 1990s, Masterboy’s activity declined in the early 2000s. However, they made a comeback in 2013, with Schleh and Zabler bringing back Trixi Delgado as the lead vocalist, reigniting nostalgia among fans of classic Eurodance.
